I want something that is personal, but not too personal, that can stand alone, that is representative of the types of writing I do and that says something about me as a person. I’ve narrowed it down to a few choices, but I’d like your help selecting the ONE favorite I should submit.
Here are the links in case you’re not intimately familiar with EVERY one of my blog posts. :)
According to this poll, the majority of my blog readers think I look like Jennifer Irwin from Still Standing. I guess I can see it. The first time someone told me that, I had to look her up ‘cuz I’d never seen the show.
I’m a little surprised that Jewel didn’t get *any* votes. I might not have picked the right photo. I don’t think I look like her at all, but I’ve heard it more than once. Is this more convincing?
ONE person told me I look like Elisha Cuthbert. I really don’t see that one, but Wow-zah… I’ll take that comparison any day :)
Thanks, everyone, for humoring me. It was actually a pretty interesting experiment. I’ve always wished I had big, deer-in-the-headlights eyes. But if these girls can rock the small eyes, so can I!!
Okay, okay… I know everyone has election fever… and it’s really exciting. But how ’bout some mindless distraction while you eagerly await election results?
Which celebrity do I most resemble? Someone recently told me I look like Bridget Fonda. I’ve also been told that I look like the singer Jewel and the sister on Still Standing (actress Jennifer Irwin). Click on the photos to enlarge them. In the off chance you don’t know what I look like, check out any of the Foto Friday posts for reference.

I appreciate the compliments, but I don’t think I look like any of these people, but I’m anxious to hear what you all think. Exercise your constitutional right to vote in a completely arbitrary, frivolous poll on this election day!!
**If you choose “other” please let me know who the “other” is… I’m dying to know**
I”ll acknowledge that my first attempt at a poll fell a little flat. I promised to write the winning blog post…and ended up writing none of them–oops! Hopefully this one will be more successful since there’s no expectation for me to *do* anything this time!!
WordPress has added a polling feature so I thought it would be fun to let you– my devoted blog readers– choose the topic of my next post. Now, I realize there are only about 4 of you, so vote early and vote often. Stuff the ballot box if you’d like… I will write the chosen post later this week!
